We can't assess your machine over the phone, but if you can bring it in-store, we can assess it on the spot!
We service and repair the majority of outdoor power equipment and Power Tools that we sell, also are warranty agents for many other store bought brands. (Email or call for brand verification)
Units for servicing or repairs do not need to be booked in prior. They can be brought into our store at Ingleburn to be left for repair; once completed or a new quote has been made, we will contact you via phone or text message.
We have an extensive workshop with ten industry qualified technicians. Although, our workshop can still be affected by peak periods. We suggest booking in your machine during the winter months, this is the ideal time for servicing equipment, as the turn around time is reduced. Times vary between 1.5 weeks to 3 weeks as a guide, pending part availability.
1. Quote fee will apply to any machine assessed and not repaired. 2. Storage fees will apply. 3. Warranty period on repairs is three (3) months unless stated on the repair invoice. 4. In accordance with the Uncollected Goods Act 1995, any goods not collected within three (3) months of the date of completion can be sold by the repairer and the proceeds of the sale applied to the repairer's fee, the cost of parts and materials supplied, storage costs, insuring goods while on the premises and any other expenses incurred by the repairer incedental to carrying out the repair.
